Hi! I'm so glad you're here. I’m Kelleigh (pronounced Kelly), a licensed trauma therapist based in Dallas, TX.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working across a wide range of settings—from behavioral health hospitals and community mental health organizations to private practice and the anti-trafficking space—each experience shaping my understanding of trauma, healing, and resilience.
Most recently, I served as the Senior Mental Health Clinician for youth survivors of sex trafficking, a role that deepened my commitment to working with marginalized communities. Much of my work has focused on supporting women, adolescents, families, and young professionals. I care deeply about creating a compassionate, trauma-informed, and inclusive space for individuals who often feel misunderstood or overlooked in traditional mental health settings.
I believe healing happens through connection, empowerment, and relationship. My goal is simple: to provide a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported—where you can find clarity, develop the tools to heal, and ultimately create a life that feels authentic, whole, and fulfilling. Above all else, I believe you deserve it, and I am here to help you get there.
