We’re back!
With Valentine’s Day coming up, we wanted to create a space for the girls. Whether you are single or partnered, feeling lonely, grateful for love, or somewhere in between, this space is for you. Come create, enjoy, and unwind.
Florals and Feelings is a therapist-led experience centered on floral creation, mindful connection, and mental wellness, this experience offers a supportive space to slow down and feel truly seen. Participants create their own floral arrangements while being gently guided by a licensed therapist through reflective creative prompts, sensory grounding practices, and practical coping tools that support presence, emotional regulation, and meaningful connection.
